NCA Representatives’ voting powers, based on the IFA dues received.

b.         To receive bids to host the following IFA Championships:

(1) 2008 Finn European Championship: Bids from Hayling Island, UK (presentation

by Phil Laycock); Puntone di Scarlino, Italy (presentation by Marco Buglielli);

Cannes, France

(2)2008 Finn Gold Cup, Melbourne, Australia (Presentation by Sam Maffet)

c.         2007 Junior Finn World Championship (Silver Cup), Moscow Sailing School

(Presentation by MSS.)

IFA Executives would like Council to vote in favour of a separate Junior World championship to be

organised every four years, in the year of the ISAF World Championship (which is a restricted entry regatta).

The IFA executives have not asked for bids for 2007 as the Moscow Sailing School has offered to organise

the event and provide the equipment to all Junior sailors.

9. Amendment to IFA Constitution:
Replace Part A section 3.4 “…The council has the sole right to approve increased national quota for

entry to IFA championships.” By “…The IFA Executive Committee has the sole right…”

b. Finn Calendar

c. FGC 50th Anniversary, actions to be planned in Helsinki for the 2006 ISAF Conference

d. Commercial utilisation of IFA assets
