IFA Executives would like Council to
vote in favour of a separate Junior World championship to be
organised
every four years, in the year of the ISAF World Championship (which is a
restricted entry regatta).
The IFA executives have not asked for
bids for 2007 as the Moscow Sailing School has offered to organise
the event and provide the equipment to
all Junior sailors.
