IFA Strategic plan - Finn 2008

After the November 2005 IFA Executive Committee (EC) meeting – which followed on from the September 2005 Moscow EC meeting – a draft strategic plan, “Finn 2008” was compiled by the EC.

We hope that this paper will further support IFA and the Finn Class in developing a well structured, organised and effective planning and implementation policy.
